REPORTING STRUCTURE – THIS PERSON WILL REPORT TO THE SALES DIRECTOR AND VERIFICATION EXECUTIVE
REMUNERATION – BASIC SALARY PLUS + COMMISSION AND INCENTIVES
CLIENT INTERACTION
1. Manage incoming call for client requests;
2. Manage incoming emails for client requests;
3. Manage the client renewal process through the sales administrator and take responsibility for the process, this includes Send sending out renewal emails to existing clients and do follow ups for request for proposals
4. Write and send proposals for new and existing clients
5. Develop presentations on company profile and offerings and present to clients
6. Do follow ups with clients on proposals and request for proposal sent;
7. Develop tenders for new clients.
8. Handle client complaints and queries , update complaints register and keep database of queries
9. Refer technical requests and queries from clients to analysts and give feedback to clients
10. Do sales presentations to clients
11. Follow up with client on completion of projects on how satisfied they are and what issues they had
ANALYST INTERACTION
1. Work with analyst to make sure renewals happen and that existing clients come back every year
2. Refer queries and technical questions to analysts for feedback to clients
3. Work with analysts to get proposals signed and projects started
4. Give analysts feedback on client queries and satisfaction
SALES ADMIN and CRM
The Business development manager will oversee and take responsibility for this process and the Sales Admin person will assist in this process
1. Administration and maintenance of the CRM database;
2. Update CRM with new opportunities, Requests for proposals and Proposals
3. Keep client records up to date on CRM
4. Develop sales reports on new sales, renewals, lost clients and new opportunities
5. Develop sales reports for all Opco meetings
NEW SALES
The Sales Director will work closely with the Business and Account Development Manager on new sales
1. Set up meetings with clients that are calling in and sending proposal requests
2. Do research on industries and clients that can be targeted for new sales
3. Work with consultants to get referrals for verifications
4. Preparing monthly sales analysis and reports before sales close off
5. Providing inputs and ideas into sales and marketing strategy
6. Research on competition and the industry
7. Work with industry bodies to get access to new clients
BRANDING, MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
The Business development manager will take responsibility for this process and the Sales admin person will assist in the following :
1. Maintain website and updates
2. Maintains LinkedIn profile
3. Responsible for all social media
4. Prepare marketing material
Experience:
- B-BBEE Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
- Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)
