Job Specification
- B.Com or equivalent and/or with 3 years commercial and traceable sales experience tothe target market (companies with a turnover between R100m – R1Billion+).
- Relevant technical B-BBEE and industry knowledge.
- 2+ years of external sales experience with proven track record.
- Superior writing and communication skills.
- Previous project or people management experience an asset.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate newbusiness for the organization’s products/services.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing andprospective customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information todetermine their potential.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospectivecustomers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Description

- Liaise with staff of the target enterprises to ensure all required information foraccreditation is accessible.
- Schedule and conduct site evaluations with shareholder and/or directors and therelevant senior managers of the target enterprises.
- Conclude on the BBBEE status of the target enterprise.
- Assist and analyse verifications.
- Manage and co-ordinate systems, procedures and policies.
Requirements
