National Job Description
Duties would include (but are not limited to):
- Assessing and verifying customer’s data to establish current B-BBEE status
- Manage Junior consultants and monitor their work
- Project plan verifications within time and budget constraints
- Calculate preliminary scores on their B-BBEE scorecard
- Determine customer B-BBEE certification expectations
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
- Continuously track their progress
- Inform management of any deviations from implementation plan
- Review compliance prior to B-BBEE verification audit
- Assist with B-BBEE verification file preparation and customer preparation
- Source reputable Verification Agencies
- Facilitate B-BBEE verifications on behalf of customers
- Liaise with B-BBEE Verification Agency on behalf of customers, and address any disputes
- Successfully engage with multiple clients simultaneously
- Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them
Critical Technical Skills or Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to deal with individuals at all levels

- Ability to build and sustain relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently whilst producing and delivering results

Qualifications & Skills Level:
- Tertiary Degree / MDP in B-BBEE
- Computer Literate
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a B-BBEE Analyst / Consultant / Verifier (or similar role)
- Dealt with both QSE’s and Generic clients
- Ability to communicate with top management at respective customers
